Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we offer you a refund or exchange if the item has not held up under normal use or due to manufacturer’s defect in which case we will replace it with the same item or a different handbag of similar value at no cost to you. We will cover the shipping costs for defective items.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, by us within 5 business days. It may take longer than this for you credit card company to process refunds once they are submitted by us. We do not control the time it will take for their processing time.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless there is a manufactures defect.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot control the level of service provided by shipping services.
